If the Start button is not clickable, this indicates that there is a required field in the backup creation page hasn’t been filled in.
Can you please provide me with a screenshot of the backup creation page to check?

Hello, thank you for the quick reply. Today I tried another scan. Duplicator did at least perform the prescan, which wasn’t possible yesterday. However, the actual scan to create the file still doesn’t work. All the buttons at the bottom are unclickable.
Unfortunately here it´s not possible to attach the screenshot. Where can I send it to you.
