    Hello @zherk ,

    Please upload the backup file manually to the destination site, and then run Restore. You can manage all of this from the plugin section “Manage & Restore Backups”.

    hello @mixha, I unfortunately do not have the actual backup file anymore as this backup is from 2023. My computer files have been lost since then and the only part of the backup I had is the link.

    im assuming I’m just at a loss?
