• Hi, I’ve connected plugin to google drive with 100 GB of space, where 3 GB is already taken. I saw popup saying that it authenticated successfully. When I try to backup site the backup takes forever and does not complete. It gets stuck at Task , backup_db is not responding. There is for sure enough space on the drive.

    Here are my settings:

    Compress Files Every: 200MB
    Exclude Files Larger Than: 0MB
PHP Script Execution Timeout for Backup: 1800 Seconds
PHP Memory Limit for Backup: 256MB
Files Compressed to Backup Zip Each Time: 500 Files
    Split SQL File Every: 200MB
    Chunk Size: 2048KB
PHP Script Execution Timeout for Restore: 1800 Seconds
PHP Memory Limit for Restoration: 256MB
Maximum Rows Processed Per Request for Restoration: 10000 rows
Maximum SQL File Size Imported Per Request for Restoration: 5MB
Retry Times on Timeout Error: 6
Files Extracted Per Request for Restoration: 1000 Files

    Latest log: https://pastebin.com/Qp7DTh8C

What may be the cause of problem? Let me know if you need more info

    Hello @psablik

In our experience, a backup stuck/timeout issue is usually caused by a low PHP time limit on your server.

It is recommended that you adjust WPvivid settings as suggested in this doc to increase the backup success rate.

    All the best,

    Hi @psablik

    it didn’t work.

If possible, would you send us a full copy of the latest backup log so we could check and suggest further?

    All the best,

@tonyrobins I am also facing the similar issue. 2 of my client websites are getting stuck at 66%. I urgently need them moved as their old websites are down and the migration has to be completed in a couple of days! Suggest me proper settings after which I can try a upload and also another solution to how I can manually extract the files and upload the file. I cannot lose these website. These are very important backup that need to be back live soon!
