Backup Restore failed

    HI, I have a backup of around 6 months earlier when I try to restore it, it failed in the start. I suppose it may be due to the version issue. Can you please look into it. Here is the ticket number. Thanks:

    Hello @naveedkhakhi ,

    It looks like the backup file is not reachable under the URL that you used (please do not share it here on the forum).

    Please upload the backup file manually to the destination site, and then run Restore. You can manage all of this from the plugin section “Manage & Restore Backups”.
