    Hi @inawinter

    Please, try to temporary disable:
Wordfence Security, Jetpack Protect, Jetpack, Loginizer.

Such amount of security plugins may conflict with each other and cause a lot of issues, which may create issues with accessibility or security.

Once you disable these plugins, please update our plugin to latest version v1.3.4 which we releases in the meanwhile.

Currently your error log is larger than our support API can, which does not help me much, when next debug code it should rotate which hopefully will allow me to check what happened exactly.

In any case new version will provide a bit more error details.

    Thank you!

I tried this, but it still stopped at 1%.

New debug code I received is: BMI-KFT1RMRu-06265

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi @inawinter

Your backup failed during database export, mostly due to its huge size it got timed out.

If you are able to modify Apache Web Server configuration, it would be perfect if you can increase MaxKeepAliveTimeout to more than 120 seconds. Same as Timeout directive.

    Error which cancelled the proces:
504 Gateway Time-out The server didn\'t respond in time.

In first place I’d recommend you to perform full cleanup and optimize all your tables.
You can do that easily with help of free and simple plugin.
    Check it out: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/advanced-database-cleaner
    – Cleanup won’t remove anything that is in use, so, no worries.

    Then, follow these steps carefully:

    1. Download and install “Advanced DB Cleanup” plugin
    2. Do full Cleanup and optimize all tables using Advanced DB Cleanup plugin
    3. After that you can already remove mentioned cleanup plugin if you wish
    4. Go to Backup & Migration plugin settings
    5. Open “Other options” section
    6. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    7. Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    8. Enable database batch export: https://prnt.sc/bn7MjTUxHuEe
    9. Save “Other options” section
    10. Force to end both processes (troubleshooting): https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

Right after the last step, you can run the backup process once again.

Let me know if that resolves your issue 🙂
    Thank you!

As we didn’t hear any reply in last days.
I can assume that you resolved the issue.

Feel free to open new topic if I am wrong!
    Thank you 🙂
