Hello everyone, we use the free plugin for our multisite. My first question is: When I make a backup, are all the pages backed up or only the one where I start the backup process? Second question: Our backups are getting bigger and bigger. In the meantime over 15 GB. Something goes terrible wrong. But the files in the backed up folder (e.g. upload) are partly from the other sites as well. Hence my first question. A backup via FTP is not possible, as the pages are not yet managed by us. However, as our takeover is now imminent, we also want to back them up additional. I hope you can help me. Thank You!

    Hi,

    > Pages, posts and other website settings are all stored in the database. By default, UpdraftPlus backup everything necessary to restore your site from scratch and this includes db, themes, plugins, uploads and others.

    > The backup size should only get much bigger if you frequently add media files (photos and videos) to your website. Website content (text only content) should not weight much when in comes to the total size of the backup.
    > It is also possible that you have other backup plugins and UpdraftPlus keeps adding it to the backup as well. What you can do is to exclude the files from UpdraftPlus backups. To do this, please check FAQ: https://updraftplus.com/faqs/how-can-i-exclude-particular-filesdirectories-from-the-backup/

    Thanks,
    Bryle
