    Hi @rexmorehire

It may be possible that backup you have downloaded is broken or damaged during download, it may happen when that site has any download limits, we have created alternate download option for such cases, that should allow you to download complete backup.

Also make sure that your backup is visible on backup(s) list within our plugin settings, this list can display only valid and restorable backups, other files which are in the directory but are not listed inside our plugin, they could be damaged during creation.

On the site where you made the backup:

    1. Go to our plugin settings and open “Other options” section
    2. Enable alternate download method: https://prnt.sc/1slr41w
    3. Save that section
      – No need to make new backup
    4. Go to backup(s) list, start the download over or copy backup URL

Now, go to the site where you want to restore your backup:

    1. Open “Other options” section as well
    2. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    3. Save that section
    4. Force both processes to stop: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
      – That will perform cleanup of all temporary files if you experienced some errors during previous restoration
    5. Try to run the migration again with the same URL or upload the file once again.

You can upload your backup via FTP, cPanel or our Upload Area.

Let me know if that resolves your issue 🙂
    Thank you!
