    It seems like error is caused when trying to see if there is enough space on the server. Execution time is high and we believe that this is not cause of an issue.

    We tried it with 8.1 php version and also 7.4 php version.

    We checked all server configurations, such as execution time, max upload size, etc.

    Can you please help us figure out why this is an issue?

    Hello @jokster33 ,

    Please never share the direct link to site backups publicly, as your data may get compromised. I recommend that you take the proper security measures immediately.

    The biggest reason we made debug log code system is exactly to prevent public exposure of any critical information.

    A kind reminder on how to share a debug log: Please navigate to the plugin section Troubleshooting > Check advanced options and click on the button:

    Please paste the debug code in the support ticket.

    Without the debug log, we cannot surely determine the cause of the restore fail, but I will follow on what you wrote. In our plugin, it is possible to disable free space checks, but it’s not recommended and you should do that only if you’re 100% sure that you have enough space on the server for the backup.

    If you don’t have enough space for the backup or migration, but you will tell the plugin that there is enough, the process may still fail and your site may encounter many issues due to the lack of free space.

    Step list of the solution:
    1. Go to the “Other options” section
    2. Disable space checking: https://prnt.sc/PAlbYsz3RszJ
    4. Save the “Other options” section
    5. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
    6. Run your process once again
