    Hi there,

    I have recently tried to take a backup for a certain website. The process went until 80% or something and then received the “Task , backup_core is not responding. Progress: 80%, running time: 5 min(s)42 second(s)”.

    That being said, I am not able to backup the website. I would like to download it on my computer, and not on a remote storage. Not sure if it is worth mentioning I am using for free version now.

    Please advice on this matter, and if needed, I can also send the log(s).

    Update:

    Did the troubleshooting for faster solutions, the issues still persists.
    Enabled optimization mode for web hosting/shared hosting, the issue still persists.

    And finally, I got this error: Backup failed, it seems due to insufficient server resource or hitting server limit., Please switch to Website Info page to send us the debug information.

    What would be the best solution to send it privately?

    Hi Tony,

    Thank you for the quick turnaround.

    After adjusting the suggested settings (I even mentioned this earlier) I guess the error has more to do with the hosting server.

    I will let you know upon inspection.

    No problem. Please make sure to adjust all settings(including the Litespeed server if applicable) suggested in that doc.

    And if the problem persists after trying everything, you can send us the Debug zip via this form.
