    Last weeks we are running into troubles with restoring backups. When we try to restore a backup the status bar gives us 10% or more for hours and hours without restoring the backup.

    When manually downloading the backup we are getting errors or the database backup is corrupt and incomplete (46 tables in stead of 79 tables).

    Hey there,

    We’ve been having some technical difficulties regarding our backup system which can be the reason why you experiencing this kind of issue. Our developers have solved this issue but it seems there is still a small number of affected users.

    Once again, I’m genuinely sorry for the inconvenience but may I ask for a little more patience.

    Hi Jelena,

    We understand and for some parts of ManageWP it’s no problem. But the backup facility is a CORE function that should be trusted and now it takes us hours to backup simple webshops. Totaly different from a few weeks ago. This makes us worry.

    Is there any way to get priority support if it comes to backups?
