    Hi there –

    I’m sorry for the trouble you’re having! I’m not sure what to do regarding the second error you’re getting, but I think we can help you with the first one.

    For some other users, they were able to resolve it by having the host ensure that all the needed functions and privileges were installed on their server.

    Specifically, have your host check that mysqldump has all needed privileges on the mysql functions, including the “Lock Tables” privilege. This specific privilege has not been installed on most sites having trouble.
