Please update to the development version – http://updraftplus.com/faqs/devversion and see if that fixes it… a few people have had the same problem as you, and that fixed it for them.

Thanks for your suggestion. I have updated it to the dev version after your last message and I’ll check back tomorrow to let you know if tomorrow backup works as it should.
Although, even if this works, it might not be the best solution for me, because I would need an addon (the one that allows to specify multiple subdirectories in dropbox, for my multiple sites) and the dev version isn’t allowing addons.
Is there any way around this? (if the dev version works) ?

If you’ve bought a paid add-on, then you should use http://updraftplus.com/forums/ for support – the ww.wp.xz.cn forum is for the free version.
If you’re thinking of buying an add-on in future (but haven’t bought it yet), then you don’t need to worry – the paid version already has this bug-fix too.

Thanks David, that dev version has fixed the problem.
I’m a bit confused by your last message. Are you referring to the bug of overwriting, or the bug between the 2 dev versions.

If you download the free dev version from ww.wp.xz.cn, then it has no add-ons. If you want to try it with add-ons, then you should use the support forum at http://updraftplus.com and then we can email you a version – the ww.wp.xz.cn forum rules don’t allow us to provide support for paid products here.
