    Hello,

I just received this message from my last backup, does anyone know what I should do? Before backup up, I updated to 3.6.1:

    Hi there –

I’m not positive but in researching this a bit I saw that some folks reported similar issues and they actually had server conflicts that were causing the issue. It their case, it was happening because both mod_php4 and mod_php5 were being loaded into Apache. Removing one of them resolved the issue.

Can you talk with your host to see if there could be a similar problem with your server?

Hey there – if you are still experiencing issues and want to work through more troubleshooting, please let me know and we can reopen this ticket.

Anyone else having this issue please start a new topic on the support forums, okay?

Thanks so much and I’m going to mark this resolved pending further notice.

    Kat
