BackWPup and PHP 8

    Hello!

    Can you, please, post an update about the next version of BackWPup?
    Will it be available in the near future or do we need to consider switching to other backup solutions?
    PHP 7.4 is almost EOL, and BackWPup is still full of warnings and deprecation notices on PHP 8.0 and 8.1. It’s been more than a year since you promised an update that will fix these issues.
    I’m starting to lose faith in Inpsyde and BackWPup.

    Sorry to let you wait, we already been in beta testing for BWU 4.0 a few months ago, starting with some of our premium users, and thus we don’t get any issues so far.
    So we plan to release the official 4.0 in about next month – Oct/2022
