I’ve installed the plug-in and set the connection with my DropBox account, but everytime I try to launch the job I get the same 3 lines:
[04-Mar-2020 17:32:24] ERROR: Cannot write progress to working file. Job will be aborted.
[04-Mar-2020 17:32:24] ERROR: Aborted by user!
[04-Mar-2020 17:32:24] ERROR: Job has ended with errors in 0 seconds. You must resolve the errors for correct execution.

    can insight of what’s wrong?

    thanks

The error happens because BackWPUp was unable to create files on your web server.
Please make sure that your wp-content/uploads folder has write permission so backup file can be created. If you don’t know how to do that, you can contact the hoster and tell them to add write permission to the uploads folder.
    Hope that could help ^^
