    Hello,
We use the free BackWPup plugin. The backup is triggered by a cronjob.
The plugin deactivates itself after approx. 10 minutes.
On the server logfiles nothing is blocked nor is the deactivation visible.
The activity log installed in the backup shows the deactivation via various IP addresses.
All FTP accesses and user accesses have already been updated to exclude access via them.

How can we stop the automatic deactivation of the plugin?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out.

This is strange. The plugin does not have a deactivation method of its own, this would be done either by WordPress core or another pugin, such as a security plugin.

Have you tried with basic troubleshooting by deactivating other plugins?

If there is no message of any kind, it is very difficult to say why this is happening. The only thing that comes to mind here is the PHP version, it must be 7.4 or later.

    Best Regards,
