BackWPup error in compressing files

    Hello,

    My backups are failing, I receive the info below via email. any idea what happens ? Thanks !

    I would suggest you split the big backup job into smaller ones, for example, one for database, themes, and plugin backup, and one for just the backup uploads folder ^^

    Hello,

    Thanks for your answer, I thought it would never arrive, after more than one week 🙂

    At the moment, the backup is 3,86 Go in total, is that too much for the plugin ?

    the limitation comes from the hosting, not from the plugin, BWU dont have a limit file size cap, so in this case because of hosting performance so I would recommend you to split the backup job.
