BackWPUp plugin not displaying properly

    The plugin seems to work nightly when backing up to an S3 service. However, on the Settings page, all of the tabs are blank. General, Jobs, Logs, etc have nothing so they cannot be modified.

    Also, when a job is started manually both progress bars just go to 1% and stay there. If I check the S3 bucket later, it looks like the job completed but there’s no indication of that in the plugin.

    This issue started in WP 4.5 and has persisted through to update 4.7. I’ve updated BackWPup and reinstalled/reconfigured the plugin and the same issues persist. Any suggestions?
