Backwpup stalls at Compressing files

    Hello,

    I’m trying to update a website to migrate to a local system for redesign. When i try to back up with backwpup it stalls at “Compressing files as ZipArchive. Please be patient, this may take a moment.”

    wordpress 5.5
    BackWPup version 3.7.1

    Creates archive 63%

    I am having the same issue. Dashboard says job completed but with errors. How can I tell if it is a full backup or what do I need to do to stop the errors?

    Could you give me a full screenshot in BackWPUp -> Jobs -> press Edit job -> Files tab ?

    WARNING: Job restarts due to inactivity for more than 5 minutes.
    Could you please change the Maximum Script Execution Time to 20 or 25 seconds or even lower, then try to run it again? If not works, I would need your Files tab screenshot too.
