It is natural that the plugin does not have that button because nowhere is it said that the shortcodes are integrated with TinyMCE editor.
Did you bother to read the FAQ?
I suggest that next time, instead of giving a poor review based on a bad assumption, first suggest the integration of this functionality to the developer.
