Hi cesarhv,
Very sorry things had to end this way. We do our best to inform everyone in advance that the plugin is designed to work with a static IP address as mentioned here:
StockUnlocks Plugin for WordPress Configuration
“A static (fixed) IP address is a must”
If you recall, we updated your IP address on the following dates:
Feb 8, 2019, at 6:15 AM
Apr 3, 2019, at 6:21 AM
Apr 4, 2019, at 6:19 AM
Then, we kindly reminded you that you should request a static IP address from your web host provider as instructed on our website. Also, we would permit one final IP address change. Here is your reply:
On Apr 4, 2019, at 6:55 AM: … I¨ll be making a controversy in paypal if you dont allow me to change my IP I just make a bad choice in my host providers, I hope i dont have to change my IP but if you dont allow it Ill be making that with paypal
So, in order to avoid dealing with a case resolution with PayPal, we decided to just go ahead and refund your Pro license purchase. That would have happened eventually, correct?
We pride ourselves in the support that we provide. Sometimes we fall short. However, this time the simple resolution was for you to obtain a static IP address.

For what it’s worth, I just confirmed the message that any StockUnlocks Pro user receives when the connection fails due to a changing IP address. Here it is:
Cannot connect to license server. Invalid IP Address >>> xxx.xxx.xx.xxx. A single license cannot be shared. One license per website. This plugin only works with a static IP address. Please enter the correct values and try again. To use the basic license, simply clear all field values and Save Changes. The basic license information will automatically appear.
This message was implemented back on April 11, 2018. About a year ago. It stays on the dashboard screen and will not allow you to navigate within the StockUnlocks plugin until a valid license is entered.
Actually, I’m quite embarrassed that I forgot about this built-in notification until now.
It’s apparent that there should be no surprise that a static IP address is required, given that this message had to appear several times before the IP address was updated on three separate occasions.

@cesarhv, I appreciate you’ve had a bad experience, but as per forum guidelines please lay off the caps lock.
