As for “Bad API format“, it can be a error of aliexpress dropshipping api, need more information about your order, please contact our support center
We can’t use that website, it doesn’t allow us to log in, so it will have to be addressed here as it’s not the paid plugin, it’s this plugin.

If you can make a test website where you can provide access then we could help you with the issue.
We have found the issue and released a new plugin version – 3.5.1.
Please update your plugin, the issues should be resolved.
