bad assistance

Plugin became very heavy, so much so that it worsens the desktop experience instead of improving it. Assistance that has worsened a lot over time, your luck is that there are no other similar plugins otherwise.
I have been using this plugin for at least 4 years and I have been able to see how much it has deteriorated over time. Having become too heavy, the experience of the desktop version deteriorates instead of improving it, and the support has deteriorated a lot. The only luck of the developers is that there is no viable alternative.
