BAD customer support

    Raising questions regarding the REQUEST A QUOTE plugin PREMIUM has left me high and dry for over a week now. Not very impressed at all. The module itself is actually quite good – if it worked as intended. Perhaps the developer left and its being run by someone else. Out of the box on a blank install the latest version does not work with the latest woo-commerce. The update list button does not update the quantities selected by the user on the quote review screen so you are only left with the option of 1.

    I thought from reviews they were good. Now the latest reviews here reflect my experiences. Im not sure if their other plugins are the same but the request a quote plugin “currently” has issues.

    You might want to check Woo-RFQ.

    This was posted a while ago and should have been edited. The plugin works well and is quite unique in its features. Support is good, sometimes due to time differences you have to be patient waiting for response. But you mus also realize you are not paying thousands of dollars for the plugin. YITH generally make quality plugins. Let me change my rating to 4 stars..
