Bad gateway – Error 502

    Hi guy!
    My site is using the wordpress version 4.9.6. A few hours ago, my web site crashed 502 Bad gateway. I can not access the site right now and hang up. People tell me how often that situation is different, and my whole database, source still exists?
    If not, then I do not know how to do?
    Please give me the solution to this 502 error and answer my question about whether my database is lost.

    502 Bad Gateway is likely a server error, not a WordPress issue. Try contacting your hosting provider. Meanwhile try:
    – clearing your cookies, cache
    – different browsers
    – manually resetting your plugins

    Contact the hosting provider. They should be able to figure out what’s going on with your site.
