I just created a test-account on your site and it is looking correct in the latest-version of Google Chrome. Which browser are you using?
I also see some problems on your website in the debug-console. Maybe it is caused by some of them. Can you check them please?

I use Safari latest.
These problems are caused by Amazon AWS service. Not a big deal. I now disabled Amazon CDN.
I still have this issue.
I just had the same problem, but it only appears sometimes. The forum page is loading fine but the editor is not loading sometimes and when this happens the layout is broken.
Can you please have a look if there is some incompatibility with some other plugin? For example minifier/url-routing/caching/seo plugins are causing problems sometimes. You can try to disable some plugins for testing-purposes step-by-step.

It seems that there is something wrong because some of the WordPress JavaScript files cant be loaded.
Why is that tinymce/skins/wordpress/inc.css missing ?
How can i fix this ?
I think it is a default wordpress file ?
I dont know, maybe there is a problem with your installation or some files are missing. The folder-structure is looking a little bit strange too, because that seems not to be the default-wordpress-filestructure.
I just hide my wp plugin which hides wp existence. It only adds some lines to htaccess file and changes source code output, no harmful to file/folder structure. Can you please try your plugin on a fresh wordpress installation with latest safari and check if issue still exists?
In my testing-environment everything is looking fine in all tested browsers.
It is also looking good for me on your website but as I said: sometimes it happens that some JavaScript files are not loaded correctly and when this is the case, the editor looks broken in other browsers too (Edge, Chrome, etc).
This is definitely not a problem with my plugin. When the JavaScript files for the WordPress TinyMCE-Editor are not loaded correctly, it cant be displayed correctly at the website. Something other is responsible for this (broken wp-installation, some missconfigured third-party plugin, routing, caching, etc, I dont know).
Can you please try to disable/modify the “hide wp existence” stuff in your htaccess-file? I think there is some problem with it so that the javascript-files for the editor are not loaded correctly. Everything else seems to be working fine.
Hide my wp is the issue about folder structure re-arrangement so .js files can not access the correct partitions.
Maybe you can manage it over .htaccess to not to re-structure your base folder system and only manage the login/logouts to improve your security.
