Bad Plugin with No Support from Developer

    This plugin simply does not work properly, and certain features are broken and FALSELY ADVERTISED. The bulk upload feature for example, does not work well, refuses to accept more than a certain number of uploads, and can only be enabled in some half-functioning “developer” mode with very few features. Making new uploads also does nothing and ads nothing. When contacting the developer for assistance I was met with a reluctance to be assisted, and an admission that the bulk upload “feature” was in fact only a poorly-functioning developer tool. When I finally realized that the plugin would not work well for my site, and politely requested a refund, the developer refused to respond to me and aid my request. I PAID for UPG Pro, and I at least deserve the respect of being treated like a paying customer. I am very disappointed with my experience.

    My advice: Do not waste your time with UPG. It is broken, falsely advertised, has bad support, and it seems, cannot be refunded.
