For your logs above, did you remove some details, or is that a direct copy paste?
Asking cause there looks like there’s some blank/empty values that may be playing a part in things.
I also just submitted to the form as “Constant Contact Forum Support” for a name. Curious if theres an error for that too.

Logically it *shouldn’t* be required, but I’m wondering if for some reason it being missing is causing failures.
Beyond that, I see a few spots that are somehow trying to submit more characters than we allow for the custom note field, which gets saved as a note in Constant Contact. They should be getting a hard limit of 500. However, those entries also feel very obviously spammy as well.

Hopefully those are resolving now and no longer an issue, but that doesn’t handle the rest of the previous errors, especially around the elapsed max value textareas.

As far as we’re aware, heartbeat plugin and the WordPress heartbeat API shouldn’t be having any effect on things. I know we don’t have any integration with it.
The 503 error is more something on our end rather than within the plugin on a given user’s site. For whatever reason, for a brief time, the server was unavailable, and returned the errors above.
I submitted a form today and got success message, but nothing on the Debug Logs at all. I waited all day and just checked never came in

When you say not getting emails, are you referring to not getting the email notification that a signup occurred? Or that a submitted email is not making it into the list. Trying to make sure we’re potentially troubleshooting the correct detail.
I know we submitted an entry to the “Newsletter” signup form with a name of “Constant Contact Forum Support” on Friday. Did you not have that show up in your associated list?
Regarding possible other reasons the notification came back, based on your last paste of error log, I’m seeing the following things since Friday.
One, a generic-ish Bad request again, and it’s my understanding that that one is usually from email addresses that are being flagged by compliance as potential spam attacks. We need to work on if that specific error triggers the admin notice.
The other one is a submitted entry to the contact form that somehow elapsed the length amount for the textarea. It’s supposed to be a max of 500 characters, but that submission exceeded it and an error was thrown. Given the content of the textarea, it’s also looking like spam. So perhaps better that that one didn’t go through.
Hi, Not getting email nor adding to list, even though a thank you response is generated on form (looks like it was submitted to the submittor) We are checking with low text, Can you advise next step in fixing this? We have tried several times to submit with no response to CC account holder.
We’re not going to be able to really debug why the emails aren’t sending, as that’s probably an issue coming from elsewhere in the install. We’re not doing anything custom with how those are generated, just standard
wp_mail()usage with WordPress core. Only other ideas I can think of for it is if the setting to disable the email notifications is turned on, or maybe they’re ending up in the spam folder?Regarding the successful sending to lists, our biggest thing available to troubleshoot that is the support/error log and it didn’t have too much in it, or simply one-offs for errors.
For what it’s worth, it is a 3 part process. The form was successfully submitted to, no error for content being accepted in. The email to the site admin or whoever is configured to receive the notification is notified with the set messaging. The submitter information is sent to the API to be added to the chosen list.
