PDFs and Images(PNGs and JPG ). There is a consistency problem here. Some users are able to submit whilst some are failing. I think the main culprit is the file uploads. But the Logs aren’t explaining the issue well
I am still getting reports of the form failing. I require assistance urgently. My clients are not experiencing consistent performance with the form. Please assist in debugging this error so we can fix or find what is causing it.
The change that i did wasn’t supposed to fix the issue but improve the log so hopefully it record what is the problem so could you check the debug log and see if a new record informing of the issue was created?
I’m still getting the same error message. Can you please escalate this to the development team to assist in debugging this? I need to know why this error is happening and how do I avoid it?
