Bad Support and Doesn't work

I have read support posts related to social comments pulling. And You simply flagged the case as resolved while the users are still having a problem. You only excuse is that it works on your side. What is that?!!!

Do you think you are providing support this way? Don’t you care about your reputation?

I encourage all users to uninstall this plugin because it simply doesn’t work and the support is totally careless!
