Bad support, crashes often

    The plugin itself is not that bad.
    BUT:
    The plugin crashes very often in combination with other gallery plugins or sometimes without warning.
    Then the complete site is down and you have to remove all database entrys which contain settings of the codeneric plugin + remove files from ftp server and reinstall everything.
    The support isn’t answering at all, so you have to find a solution on your own.
    Not really helpful, more struggle than use.
