Have you changed status of this ticket to pending?
Asking because whenever customer replies back, status will be either Customer Reply or Open so we filter out by these statuses and reply tickets, otherwise it is very difficult to remember who given reply among hundreds of tickets!
I am going to disable user to change status now, so this will not happen again with anyone.
