Bad Theme (Message) Please Help

SO I downloaded a theme from this Website http://wordpressthemesbase.com/

I downloaded the second Theme BH-Fire and I Uploaded it to WordPress.

Now this message is everywhere and wont go away

Im VERY NEw to all of this, it wont let me see my Dashboard either. what do i do?
