Hi,

We have a 15% discount in the “liquids” category and the badge percentage is not showing the discount well, although the price is well discounted. We do not find that the error is due.

Can you give us a hand, please?

The percentage on the badge is probably handled by the theme. Can you provide the URL of one product which has the problem so I can advise?

It only happens with products that have variations

Yes the badge is theme related. I suggest you contact the theme developer and ask about it. Our plugin uses hooks to set the sale price. But it looks like the theme considers the defined sale price on the product admin page to calculate the badge percentage…
