Temporarily, I created a page (plugin Profile Builder) to complete the profile.
I added the rule as in the image.

But even accessing the page is not granting the badge.

Your step is incorrectly configured
“Get a visit on a post” will award to the post author for get a visit on his post
You need to use the event “Daily visit a post” to award to the user who visits it
