Badges for existing users

    I have just installed Badges. I rewarded manually 2 badges. They are appearing on Profiles but How to achieve the same for existing users? They have a lot of points but None of them got any badge. I tried ‘Assign Badge’ in Badges setting but no luck. I got “No users has yet earned this badge.” Why not? At leats 50 users should get this page (they have points 25-110 points)

    Hi @piska,

    Thank you for contacting us. Have you set the badge on the approved comments reference that the users have earned from this reference?

    Hello,

    I am not sure if you understand your question. It is already set up in My Setting All existing users have approved comments and enough points.
