Badges for groups

Hello, I wonder if the following is possible, I am interested in both options:
1) if one member of a group does what are required steps, all group members get points/badge
2) only if all members of a group fulfill required steps, all members get points/badges
Also, for the mentioned is it possible to define, if we have several groups
1) if any group fulfills what is required for all groups, members of that group get points/badges
2) if a specific group fulfills what is required for her, members of that group get points/badges
