• Ironically it’s really badly documented and their website is full of spammy popups and hectic gifs making it very hard to find answers. Made an FAQ and tried for an hour to find it anywhere after said it was published, the documentation page dropdown just gives a 404. Gave up and uninstalled.

    Hi @dubaidogfish,

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

Regarding the real-time sales popups—our apologies for the distraction. These come from our FOMO marketing tool, NotificationX, which some users are looking for this kinda tool to showcase their sales, reviews, or signups. That said, you can simply dismiss them using the close icon, and they won’t appear again during your visit.

As for the issue with the FAQ and 404 error, we completely understand how frustrating that must have been. That’s definitely not the experience we want for any of our users. We’ve double-checked on our end, and the published FAQs are displaying correctly. Here’s a short video to show how it works: https://d.pr/v/yOPyoK

If you’re open to it, we’d love to take a closer look. If you can share a quick screen recording, including with your docs page URL where you encountered the issue, we’d be happy to investigate and help resolve it as early as possible.

I believe you will cooperate with us to investigate this case for you and resolve it quickly

    Best regards,
