Bait and Switch Install Limit

I installed this plugin and started the export. An hour or so later the file was created. It then took a similar amount of time to download the file. Aside from the time required everything went smoothly. I then went to the new site, installed the plugin, and tried to import the file. After spending this much time, it now tells me there is a 512 MB limit to import files unless I upgrade to the premium (paid) plan. I would have no problem paying for the premium plan if they had bothered to tell me that in the first place, but I will not support a bait-and-switch. If they don’t have the courtesy to say up front that there are such limits, what will they do once they have my money?
