Hi @barefootmimi
Your issue is not related to iframe plugin.
You need to have ftp access to your website to fix your issue.
You may ask your website developer to help you with it.
Good luck.
Hi @barefootmimi ,
You may need to go to line 291 and add a semicolon (;) to the end of that line. That seems to be what’s causing the issue. (Assuming the website is http://practicalprepping4all.com/)
To do this, go to your WordPress admin area, then Appearance > Theme Editor and then click on the Theme Functions (functions.php) file on the right.
I hope this solves your problem.

Calum Childs. Reason: clarified instructions
Thank you both for your answers. I am very new to this and unfortunately, I can’t access anything in order to make any changes. This was a WordPress theme and I guess I was wrong in trusting that it had been verified safe to use.
I’m very frustrated thinking I have a domain name and I won’t be able to use it.

Who is your hosting provider/site manager? Contact them about it and they should be able to get it sorted for you.
Once they have, try re-installing the theme – the semicolon is present on line 291 of the file on the theme version from ww.wp.xz.cn.
Let me reassure you that Ballyhoo (the theme) is perfectly safe – I use it on my own blog (blog.calumchilds.com) and it has been rigorously tested by the WordPress Theme Review team to make sure it is safe and fit for use on WordPress websites.
I hope you get this sorted. If you have any further questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact me.
