    The 3.0.x will crash everything, only downgrade to 2.3.5 will fix this. Maybe wont’t upgrade to further versions.

    The downgrade breaks the sitemap function of the plugin and will not generate sitemaps anymore! At least this happened to me with a downgrade from 3.0.1 to 2.3.5 – everything seemed to work fine but surprise in Google Webmaster Tools!
