banner add

Hi I,m a newbie and need a little help. Below is line from a block of 4 125×125 banners on the rt column of my theme. I have got my re direct to my website to work but I cant get the image for my banner to show. this is the image from my library http://www.willfrogner.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/ecw125x125.jpg Where do I insert this (all or part) to replace the default image? I looked in help and forum posts with no luck THX Will <div class=”ads”>
