I checked both of your sites and noticed that on anja-ludwig.de only the CSS banner was loaded, while on the others neither the JS nor the CSS were. Did you perhaps upload the plugin from an older version, like 6.x.x? If so, updating directly from a major version can sometimes cause issues like this. In such cases, performing a clean uninstall usually works best: go to Tools > Data, select “Clear all data from Complianz on uninstall”, and then reinstall the plugin.
If you could share a Loom video showing the configuration with the console open, that would be very helpful for us to better understand what’s going on.
