Banner into a redirect hyperlink ?

    Seems like i should be able to do this but it’s not happening for me. At
    http://www.Moneypons.com there is a tab called “Business Opportunity” please click the tab. Now you will see the banner I want to open up and redirect to a click bank url.
    <a href="http://9c27e0q78hqk9u4dn9x-aymq1m.hop.clickbank.net/?tid=MONEYPONS" target="_top">Click Here!</a>. Can this be done anyone?

    I had two postings up by error. Though I closed the one from earlier today but i didn’t so some guy helped me out earlier.
