    I had to deactivate the plugin because it broke the layout of the shop.

    Our plugin display the banner based on the hook called by your theme.

    Also, I am unable to open your site URL.

    If still you using our plugin then, please share screenshot and current theme name and version so we can check it in detail and get back to you.
