    First issue
    While on a mobile device and with Autoblocking turned OFF, it is still blocking. Also, U.S. resident, FYI. This doesn’t happen on desktop. Yes, cache was cleared.

    Second issue
    The banner’s styling needs to be adjusted on mobile. The links for customize and if you add the policy link and Do Not Sell Link are not aligned correctly. The links get hidden behind the submit/accept button which for some reason causes issues trying to acknowledge a data role as it clicks the privacy link and takes you to the privacy page.
