Banner Text not responsive

hey yall,
The Banner text on the home page of my website is not responsive. The image works fine on all my mobile devices but the text wont resize. Heres what I have tried so far.
.flex-slider-center
{max-width: 100%;
max-height: 100%;
}
I have even tried changing each line of text in siteorigins css still no luck.
