Banner without the initial tab

Hi there,

customizing on styles and content is nice, so good so far, thanks.

However, we don’t need the initial little sticky tab and we prefer the banner directly without the intervention of user. Is there any way to configure to fire the banner without the tab loading?

On Show Again Tab we select No but it still appears…
