Sounds like the image url/path is wrong.
Check your ‘broken’ ads by editing and correcting the image url.

Hi Arnan,
I will explain better here.
I have been using these banners for many years on 11 wordpress websites.
All of a sudden in the past couple of days from this particular affiliate which is BET365 are showing up as the little square with a crack in it, not only in the ADROTATE BANNERS on the COLUMNS of my sites but also in all of the posts with banners from that particular affiliate.
All of the banners from all of the other affiliates I promote are working well every where and there is a good chance that the culprit IS NOT ADROTATE PLUGIN but likely something else.
I may be needing to look elsewhere for the cause of this problem and am wondering if you are able to give me any suggestions?
I am thinking I may owe an aplology to ADROTATE for immediately thinking it to be the cause of the problem!
Regards,
Ken

If you’ve concluded that the issue is not with your adcode/adrotate/you.
Then you should probably talk to that specific affiliate and see what’s wrong with their images.
Recently I had a similar issue with my Namecheap affiliate banners. Turned out they deleted all images and put new ones with different names in place 🙄

Thanks Arnan,
That was the first thing I did and they sent me a screenshot of my site that showed their banners working fine on their end.
It wasn’t until in the middle of writing my previous reply here that I had doubts about it not being caused by ADROTATE and then hoped you had another suggestion.
Thank you and all the best,
Ken

You can try and load the image urls in a new tab, see if that works.
It probably doesn’t. If it doesn’t, the issue is definitely with them.
But if that works, then the issue may be with your browser… Some old browser cache or whatever.
On the flipside of that, the screenshot they sent may be a cached version as well.
