These features are already supported in the premium version. The Detect IP feature allows to display the shipping bar amount correspondingly with the customer shipping zone. And create multiple messages on the shipping bar using the combination with the WPML or polylang plugin.

I actually do not mean multiple notification based on multi-language, but correspondingly with two conditions:
1)One language, like only English for all English countries like US, Canada, Australia.
2)Different notification bar for the customer from different shipping zone.
Is that possible please?

I read that tutorial documentation, but it seems only support one message. To avoid misunderstand, here are multiple message bars:
1.To German: 50 US dollar minimum order for free shipping.
2.To US, 100 US dollar minimum order for free shipping.
3.To India, 140 US dollar minimum order for free shipping.
…..

You need a 3rd plugin that supports translating languages such as WPML or Polylang. The message fields will be duplicated and allow you to enter the appropriate languages after you install and activate one of these translating plugins, as I previously explained and this feature is available in our plugin premium version.

But we use translate press, I know your multi currency plugin is compatible with translatepress, but have not tested with this plugin, any known issue for now ?
